Booking Required to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the holiday rental price the full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. If your holiday is within 8 weeks of your arrival date or short break the full cost is payable. All Payments to be paid by Bank Transfer. Well behaved dogs welcome (2 maximum).
Non Smoking - Smoking is not allowed - If smoking outside guest are requested not to leave in internal bins, around the property or garden.
